Service Agreement
1. Parties
This Agreement is between:

Client: Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing (Fawwaz)
2. Purpose
Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing engages Quality Jobs to provide a full managed Advertising, Lead Generation, Qualification and CRM Eco-System using Meta advertising systems for Renovation / Roofing project acquisition.
3. Scope of Services
Quality Jobs will provide:
- Creation of Facebook & Instagram page (if needed)
- Fully Managed Meta Advertising Campaigns
- Custom Ad Copywriting & Creative Production
- Custom CRM Build, Setup & Integration
- Automated Lead Capture, Nurture & Tracking
- Cold Email Campaign Setup & Management via CRM
- Introduction to Trusted In-House Videography Partners
- CRM Ecosystem — one unified inbox for all enquiries, messages and leads
- Appointment Booking System — automated calendar bookings on your behalf
- Access to QJ Quoting Software — fast professional quotes in minutes

All features presented verbally and visually during the presentation are included.
4. Marketing Campaign Timeline
Onboarding call, CRM setup, copywriting & creative production for Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing.
Campaign launch — ads go live & leads start flowing in.
Qualified leads begin; lead qualification starts within 24 hours of launch.
Scaling, optimisation, refinements & recruitment campaign assistance.
Rotation of ad creative & ongoing campaign improvements.

- Budget: $60 P/D
- Meta bills Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing directly. Quality Jobs manages and optimises spend.
7. Guarantee Mechanics
7.1 Performance Guarantee
Quality Jobs guarantees that within the initial 90 Days term, Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing will achieve a minimum of $100,000 AUD in verified renovation work from leads generated through the programme. Based on the volume and quality of leads delivered, Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing can reasonably expect to receive 30 job quotes during this period.
7.2 One-Month Revenue Call-Off Period
Upon completion of the initial 90 Days term, a 1-month call-off period will commence automatically. During this month Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing continues on the standard management fee and Quality Jobs continues all services in full. This period exists solely to allow leads and quotes generated during the programme to convert into confirmed, invoiced revenue — ensuring Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing receives full credit for all pipeline work produced.
7.3 "Work for Free" Commitment
If, after the initial 90 Days term plus the one-month call-off period, the $100,000 AUD revenue benchmark has still not been reached, Quality Jobs will continue managing and optimising all campaigns at no additional management fee for a further 1 month.
- Guarantee applies to management fees only — ad spend continues to be paid directly by Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing
- If the benchmark is achieved during the free extension, no further extension is required
7.4 Ongoing Monthly Retainer
Following the completion of the initial 90 Days term, this agreement will continue on a rolling monthly basis at a retainer of $2000 INC GST. Either party may terminate the ongoing arrangement by providing 30 days written notice at any time.
8. Reporting
Monthly reports include: total leads, qualification notes, booked appointments, quotes issued, estimated pipeline value, and conversions (where available).
9. Representing Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing
Quality Jobs will:
- Use a dedicated phone number for all calls made on behalf of Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing
- Follow scripts aligned with Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing's brand tone
- Present as Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing, not Quality Jobs
10. Monthly Activity Outline
Advertising & Campaign Management
- Continuous optimisation including audience adjustments, creative updates and budget improvements
- Regular performance monitoring to maintain cost-efficiency and lead quality
- Rotational updates of ads and offers when required
Lead Management & Qualification
- Daily monitoring of incoming leads
- Lead screening, calling and qualification within 24 hours
- Appointment booking based on Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing's availability
- Automated SMS & email sequences (confirmations, reminders)
CRM & System Maintenance
- Ongoing management of CRM data, lead statuses and pipeline structure
- Automation adjustments and performance tuning
Client Collaboration & Support
- Weekly communication via preferred channels
- Assistance with recruitment advertising where applicable
- Organisation of video shoots
11. Data Ownership
All leads, communication logs, creative and CRM data belong to Mood Renovations / Metalmax Roofing. Upon termination, all data will be transferred within 7 days.
12. Payment Terms
Payments are payable in advance. Late payments may pause delivery.
13. Acceptance
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.
